The Scope of the project included the drawing of Piping Instrumentation Diagrams and the 3D layout design of the balance of plant piping (services piping) to supply 5 off 150MW Siemens gas turbines. All components were codified using the KKS number system.

The project was done in 2 phases over a period of 3 years and included the following system:

  • Fuel unloading/gantry
  • Fuel treatment
  • Fuel forwarding pumps and distribution piping
  • Fire protection and detection systems
  • Demineralized and potable water distribution systems
  • Compressed air system

Phase 1
The 3D model included the piping layout design for 3 gas turbines.

Phase 2
The 3D model included the integration and piping layout design for 2 gas turbines.
